Important information regarding Digital Transmission ConversionThe Canadian television system is in the process of converting its over-the-air transmitters from analog to digital.Midnight on August 31st, 2011 will indicate the end of analog and the start of the digital era for CITL-TV; broadcasting on Channel 4 and CKSA-TV; broadcasting on Channel 2. If you are watching CITL-TV / CKSA-TV via satellite or cable services, you will not be affected by the conversion. Please be advised that we will discontinue operations of our CITL-TV transmission facilities in Wainwright on Channel 6, Provost on Channel 5, Meadow Lake on Channel 3, Bonnyville on Channel 7 as well as our CKSA-TV transmission facilities in Wainwright on Channel 8, and Provost on Channel 12. If you are receiving the signal for CITL-TV / CKSA-TV directly over the air, you will need to purchase a digital converter box, a television with a digital tuner or a subscription to a satellite or cable service to continue viewing our signal following the conversion.
